Please be at the Motocross starting line 30 minutes before your race starts if you want to participate in a sight lap of the motocross track.

The race is no longer based off of number of laps, it is all timed. The checkered flag will be waved after 1 hour and 30 minutes for the short course and 2 hours and 30 minutes for the long course.

Long and short courses are scored with MotoTally. If you do not have a MotoTally RFID strip you must buy one at the race for $5.

It is the rider’s sole responsibility to make sure they are on the correct starting line. If you start in a higher priority line you are subject to a 1-lap penalty.

The start will be dead engine. You will start your bike and leave on the wave of a green flag. Rows are tight so be sure you are leaving at the correct time.

Pit Lane is 5 MPH speed limit, be careful when pulling back out, you are on the racetrack. Teams will only be able to swap bands in pit lane. Your engine shall be shut off when refueling. No smoking near pit late for any helper you may have. No outside help is allowed besides in the designated pit area.

Laps are roughly 10 miles each. Plan your fuel accordingly. If you run out of fuel you must go get your fuel and take it back to your bike, but you must leave the bike where it ran out of fuel and take the fuel to the bike

The check point is next to the tower in the motocross track. You will be checked right as you are leaving the motocross track.

If there is a yellow flag or the yellow lights are turned on the track it is wheels on the ground for the entire time you are on the motocross track.

If you see a Yellow flag out on the rest of the course it means a medic is attending a downed rider, this yellow flag functions as a medic flag and you must go 5 mph until you pass the downed rider.

A rider may not short cut a turn for any reason. Cutting the course is not permitted under any circumstance. If you are caught you may be disqualified. A rider accidentally leaving the course (missing an arrow or crashing, etc) is permitted to return to the course where you left it. If you purposefully leave the course for any reason, you may not return and your race is over.

Numbers must be on visible on your chest and back, you can tape it, pint it, or zip tie it, whatever you deem fit as long as we can clearly read your number.

We will be doing a sound check at the start. If your bike is obnoxiously loud, we have the right to take you off the starting line.

Parade Lap will do a slow moving roll over all jumps in the motocross track then everyone will line up for the start between the signs that signify what class you are racing.

Protest period will last for 30 minutes after race results are posted. Trophies will be handed out once the protest period is over.

The course is marked with the following markers. Pink arrows, pink flagging tape, and caution tape. Caution tape is used around all gates and around hazards. Do not pass when going through a gate. Wait until you are on the other side of the gate to make your pass.
